Arriving late for your treatment appointment will be at the expense of your scheduled treatment time.
Please leave your jewellery and other valuables in your room, the spa staff are not responsible for any items left behind.
After the treatment, it is possible to purchase branded home care products to help you enjoy the effects of the treatment for longer.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the confirmed treatment.
Cancellation of a scheduled appointment up to 6h before the treatment is equivalent to a charge of 50% of the treatment value.
Cancellation of a scheduled appointment up to 3h before the treatment is equivalent to a charge of 100% of the value of the treatment.
Cancellation of a scheduled visit is also deemed as non-arrival of the Guest for the agreed treatment.
In order to book a treatment, an external guest is obliged to make an advance payment of 50% of the treatment value.
